The framework gives leaders a clear view of where a chapter is now and what healthy growth looks like next.

A leader is emerging

A potential key leader has surfaced and is preparing for certification or connection with an Impact coach.

Fewer than 10 students

At least one key leader is certified and committed to building a movement of evangelism and discipleship.

10 to 34 students

A certified key leader and at least nine others are committed to evangelism and discipleship together.

35 or more students

A growing chapter of students is committed to building a sustained movement of evangelism and discipleship.

Develop as a leader

Move from day-to-day leadership into focused training, worship, workshops, and shared learning.

Worship, relevant speakers, workshops, community, and an environment built to inspire and equip Black students.

A focused weekend designed to train current and future student leaders to guide and grow their chapters.
